MOVING FRAME
ESSENTIALS WORKSHOP

January 8-11th, 2024

This 12-hour workshop will completely alter your understanding of film and television stories: how they are written, shot, and ultimately embodied.

With an eye towards exploring ESSENTIAL PRINCIPLES, you will be given specific assignments to work on out of class (fun! easy! short!), and we will use our online time to explore, deepen, and refine. You will leave with a new ability to express authentic behavior that reads onscreen.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT for TEACHERS

 Do you teach Screen Acting but feel you don't have the practical experience to offer your students something that feels authentic to you?  We can help!

We will build upon what you learn in the ESSENTIALS 12-hour course, then locate where your own strengths and interests live as an acting teacher. You'll leave with a stronger foundation in the filmed medium alongside a clear path to building curriculum you feel energized by.
